I have two copies of the back to basics book. This one and one from who knows how long ago. 10+ years old probably more. Anyway awesome book and I love the white bread recipe in it. Super simple and great tasting.

I have two copies of the back to basics book. This one and one from who knows how long ago. 10+ years old probably more. Anyway awesome book and I love the white bread recipe in it. Super simple and great tasting.

My parents had this book when I was growing up. As kids we spent hours and hours reading and rereading in. It's an awesome book to have on your shelf as a reference book.
