Ridgid also has lifetime service. Just register the warranty, and if you have any issues you're supposed to be able to get it to a nearby service center and get it repaired for free.
Individual batteries are now covered. You can get service at most Home Depot rental centers. I haven't had to physically mail in a receipt in well over a decade. Uploading/emails work just fine.
How about you leave the Ridgid commentary to people that actually have personal experience with Ridgid rather than spreading rumors and misinformation?

The footprint and weight of the M12 Milwaukee inflator is smaller and weighs less since it has the ability to use the much more compact M12 battery line vs. the RIGID.

One of the things that I thought was interesting from the video reviews linked above is that the RIGID inflator, with the shorter duty cycle also runs much hotter vs. the Milwaukee. You'd think it would be the other way around since the RIGID's duty cycle is half that of MiIwaukee's.
Personally, I think the Milwaukee M12 inflator is one of the best 12V tools that Milwaukee has is in the M12 line.
In comparison the RIGID line has a lot less options and I've never heard that the RIGID line of M18 tools was especially impressive.
Finally though RIGID does have a lifetime warranty (compared to a 5 year with Milwaukee) with their products I've read that it is very difficult that actually have RIGID fufill a warranty request. Whereas with Milwaukee it's generally no issue dealing with a warranty claim.

I got the Ryobi version for $30 not long ago and there is an even cheaper non-auto version

As for the noise...My wife's FIAT came with a little air compressor that you plug into the 12v socket and it sounds about the same as this one. I don't have many things to compare it to that I've actually used but I think the sound is fine.
