Bought this a week ago.
Works well. Gigantic for 2-3 people.
It takes up as much space as a toaster oven and it it a lot taller.

Build quality is 💩.
The door hinges moves around and causes door to not close properly.
It's all made of black plastic.

I returned mine today.
I got this for essentially free this summer when it was on sale for $50 and Amex offerwas running a $50 cash back at Best Buy. This AF replaced a traditional bucket style one we've had for years. Overall, I like it a lot. Good space inside, cooks really really fast and thoroughly. Yes, the beeps are a little loud and the door hinge has some sway but I'd buy this thing for $50 bucks again. It's been a work horse since got it. Oh and it's easier to clean the trays compared to the bucket style AF's.
If you have small children, the beeping noise on this thing will wake up everyone in the house

I have a very cheap? one.

https://www.bestbuy.com/site/bell...Id=6355783

The numbers are fading,is not digital, and doesn't heat the bottom very well.
Number are so faded, can't see time and amount of heat I'm selecting. Not very accurate, as it's not digital.

Pizza comes out okay, but bottom is never cooked correctly.
Fries are a bit better, but need to constantly flip them.

Would any of these that are sale, be good?

The level of beep is INSANE. Literally hear it through two floors and three doors. Day one I was looking up how to cut the speaker out of the thing.

The one we bought (and returned) had such horrible (likely) toxic fumes coming out of it, that I'd bet it would kill a bird if you had one in your house. Test it out quick if you get one, there's no way they all are like the one we got... It spoiled every meal we tried in it, made the food taste like plastic.

If you cook raw meat in these, clean up is a hassle. Also I can quite get the temp and poking time right for baking brownies. Always end up with burnt and over cooked tops. Works best with pre cooked, frozen appetizer foods. What's the best way to clean the inside walls and window door from cooking, grease stains?

How do basket style air fryers compare to mini-oven style ones like this one? I was thinking basket style ones may cook better, but are harder to clean up. I see some reviews mentioning that the non-stick coating on basket air fryers eventually wear off so that's another concern.

I find the removable basket ones are easier to deep clean since they can be tossed into the dishwasher. For light cleaning this oven style is nice since I can just toss the drip tray in the wash.

It's says "online price" and T&C has some other "online" verbiage so isn't it an online deal? If so, seems like it's sold out..

I have noticed they have had this and the stainless one on sale in rotation

I wonder if the stainless is more durable?

I own the stainless of this - just the door is covered in stainless, more aesthetic than functional. Overall, this unit has been a workhorse for our family of 4. Easily cooks 6-8 breaded chicken cutlets. The rotisserie is a game changer (perfect roast beef every. single. time.). Cleanup isn't a big deal, we put the cooking and drip trays in the dishwasher after use - wipe down the machine as needed. Only minor frustration is that if you are cooking multiple trays at a time, you sometimes have to manually rotate the top and bottom trays halfway through because the heat enters the unit from the top - so the top cooks a bit more quickly than the bottom.

For $60 it can easily replace your oven almost entirely for 2 people. I've had no issues with build quality at all.

Whenever cooking raw meat or fish in there I always wrap the surface of the bottom by aluminum foil, that way it keeps the bottom clean. Just need to take out the aluminum when done.

Bought this a year ago with the same priced deal. It's the only air fryer we've ever owned so I can't report on how it compares but it works and it's nice there's multiple shelves. Biggest complaint is how loud it is when it finishes. It does 6 long loud beeps, waits 30 seconds and does another 6 long loud beeps and keeps repeating until you open it.

I bought this last week. Opened it up, turned it on for 3 minutes to do an initial burn in. It stopped working. It gave me a E3 error which is an overheat error code. Waited an hour, turned it on and 2 minutes later same thing. I wouldn't trust it.
