Great deal! You'll never find a 70" brand TV for such a cheap price!
It's got 4K UHD HDR10 with HDMI 2.1 and eARC and compatible with Alexa, Google and Apple Airplay 2.
Just release last month or so on Samsung's website.

Here is the official specs sheet : https://image-us.samsung.com/Sams..._TV_V3.pdf

It might sound crazy, but sometimes TV's are too big. I recently bought a 60 inch 4k curved Samsung used, it's almost too big to handle. I hope you are planning a permanent mount vs me on a mobile stand.

I have this similar samsung 70" 6000 series from two years ago BF sale for $550, its a mediocre screen, but it suits its purpose for living room and kids wouldn't know better.

Can some tell me in a nutshell how is crystal hd different from oled or Qled . I have a 55" Qled and I am very happy with that. I'm looking to upgrade to 65" .
Honestly other than size it will be probably a downgrade.

60hz 4k screen. Satisfies the general person's tv watching needs.

The refresh rate for this 60hz screen per Samsung is 120 motion technology (whatever they call their software that improves the refresh rate). I game 4k on my Xbox one x with this budget Samsung 70" and my primary setup is the Xbox series x on an lg OLED 55". Comparing the two is night and day, but generally the quality you get from Samsung tv 4k is pretty good for the average consumer.

Don't get a6g

It's so dim and only legacy ports; your going to be stuck on bad hardware AND software

They state that it has so much artifacts with 1080p content that it's distracting; not worth when there's so many others that are similar price but either slightly smaller or sacrifices on minimal things

If anything u6g is good but hisense success is making them price same as these other manufacturers which is sad

Which size did you look at? Some are IPS and some are VA

Afaik ips panels give more wider viewing experience for more occupants before distortion; VA is good for bedrooms or small families

I don't think Samsung does the BS the hisense is known to do with their (x)5" as ips panels
