Great deal! You'll never find a 70" brand TV for such a cheap price!
It's got 4K UHD HDR10 with HDMI 2.1 and eARC and compatible with Alexa, Google and Apple Airplay 2.
Just release last month or so on Samsung's website.

Here is the official specs sheet : https://image-us.samsung.com/Sams..._TV_V3.pdf

Is there much of a different between the series 6 vs 7? I saw below 65" TV 7000 series in Best Buy yesterday for $570. I don't think 65 or 70 makes much of a difference for me, so I'm thinking possibly better to get a 65" of a better series?

Rtings rates them very similar overall... with the 6 series by a nose...

This is a VA panel, but its manufactured by Sharp, not Samsung
Interesting. I guess maybe the panels are different at different sizes. My friend's must be 65" or something, because his is certainly not VA, and I didn't see anything specifying what type of panel this was, when I looked. Oh well. Guess I was wrong about that part for this TV.

I got NU6070FXZA 2years ago for my bedroom and I think it's 120Hz 4k display if i'm not wrong... will I notice any difference with this 60hz display ??

Edit- website shows "motion rate-120hz" which apparently is 60hz display

Is there any way to get around having two HDMI ports without having to constantly unplug devices to plug other ones in? Do they make a splitter box or something like that? Or an HDMI cord that can support multiple devices? My roommate has two gaming systems, a Blu ray player, Roku, and something else. It is such a pain to have to figure out which cable is plugged into which device.
You could do something like a switch. We used one of these on our old bedroom TV that only had 1 HDMI Port and it worked great: https://www.amazon.com/Splitter-G...78&sr=8-14

They have other units on amazon that can go up to 4 ports.

not OLED?
The cheapest OLED I have ever seen is the 55 inch Vizio that is currently on sale for $1000 from Best Buy. Even with regular LED, you are going to have to cut a lot of corners (ie lower quality processor/display, lack of ports) to get a 70 inch set at $600.

I watch these comments on every tv, it's like people are waiting for the perfect pitch to hit.I bought a 20 inch Samsung computer monitor in 96 for 2k. It's never good enough for some.

I have this similar samsung 70" 6000 series from two years ago BF sale for $550, its a mediocre screen, but it suits its purpose for living room and kids wouldn't know better.
Last year this set (TU6980) sold for $529.99 at BestBuy around Black Friday. It's a decent set. Only problem I have is it'll drop the WiFi from time to time and have to cycle power to get it back. Would be nice to have more than two HDMI ports but I only use a DVR and sound bar so not a deal breaker for me. Not a fan of all the crap and clutter Samsung puts on the home screen either.

I have this TV and use a 4 port HDMI switch for that very purpose

Refresh rate showing as 60 on Bestbuy but on Samsung manual it's showing as 120. Not sure which one is right
It's a 60Hz panel. Don't confuse "motion rate," which is "fake" refresh rate number, with actual "refresh rate." Motion Rate 120 means 60Hz. All the TV manufacturers seem to do some shenanigans like this, it's an arms race of sorts to print the biggest number on the box without actually improving the TV. "Refresh rate" is what matters, if the term used in the specs is something else, it's a misleading number made up by the marketing department. More info on this. [rtings.com]

Your NU6070 is a 60Hz TV just like this one, see above info.

Either add another few hundred $ to your budget, or step down to a 75" TV, where there are a couple solid options at or under $999.
