Xm4 support Sony's ldac codec for high-quality Bluetooth streaming.
Xm4 has a better battery life.
Xm4 has more bells and whistles like cupping the earcup to allow for ambient sound to pass through momentarily. And there's auto pause / play that the qc35 does not have. Better mobile app for the xm4
People saying it's more comfortable with the qc35 and that the xm4 has a little bit of a tighter head grip.
Better noise cancellation and leak less noise on the xm4.
More accurate neutral sound profile out of the box from the qc35 before any equalization.
Comparable mic quality.
Overall the xm4 are the better choice, but some people may prefer the Bose based on personal choice.

That said, I'd personally look for Sony WH-1000XM3s. New, you can find deals for about this price, and for refurbs they can be had for about $120.

I don't see the extra 10% using Amazon prime card. How do you get that ?
It is showing up in my account for black color option. I have prime account though. Maybe YMMV.
I was debating between this and sony xm4 cuz there was a $50 difference (bose $200, sony $248). But now does the difference worth $70? Or should i just go with the bose 35ii? I use regular airpods for few hours almost everyday. I hope either of them will be a big jump from airpods. Thanks.
