Timings 18-22-22-42
timings on memory are latency (lower the better). it'll impact certain workloads/games.
the timings on this kit aren't the absolute best, but the difference between this and some of the lower latency kits may not be perceptible depending on what you do. by that, i mean while there might be FPS differences in certain games, it might be small enough that you might not notice it with your eyes.

we all just like to buy the things with best specs even if it doesn't really impact us in a significant way (myself included).

i encourage you to do some of your own research on how timings impact real life benchmarks relevant to what you plan on doing.
The performance difference is usually minimal, but this topic is debated endlessly on the internet as if it's somehow more important than what CPU or GPU you're using. There are plenty of videos on Youtube that will show you the real-world difference between RAM timings and frames per second. It's shocking how little it matters versus how much time is spent focusing on it.

You have to check speed compatibility with your mother board.

My brother, buddy and myself all have this RAM in our rigs, in an MSI MPG Z490 Gaming Edge Wifi mobo with an i9 10850K, and this memory frickin' flies, and I absolutely love the fact that you can set the color of the RGB lights to be the temp of each individual stick of memory, so you know right away (if you have a clear side case anyways) when the RAM gets too hot. I did the exact same thing with my h115i for the cpu temp, and it is just so badass!

All rigs the same MOBO? Are you able to get by without the ique software and happy with the mobo integration capabilities (in the context of the RGB)?

With the i9 10850K I have the iCue software installed and running as there is no performance hit, though you can set the hardware lighting to do the same thing if you want, but just need to set it up using iCue and then uninstall it.

Be wary if you run Ryzen systems, these may not be properly compatible with your MB and you may not get advertised speeds. You need to make sure this exact set has your motherboard on its QVL, otherwise you're gambling.

What sticks would be compatible with Ryzen mobo? Thanks

Pretty bare bones/low end, but probably still compatible with most motherboards/processor (still should verify). Might shave a couple fps off if you are a gamer vs higher end memory.
