Make sure you buy a silicone insert for it. Bellas lose the anti-stick coating rather fast.

We have a 10qt Gourmia. Works great. Makes perfect fries, amazing bacon, delicious hot dogs, and everything else we throw in it comes out flawless. Bought the larger one for more airflow. Pro tip: you don't have to fill it to the brim every time. bulb
