This is confusing. So I can trade-in a Nexus 7 tablet and get the $350 credit applied?

Edit: Prepare for tears, y'all. This is going to be a mess.

Friendly advice: If you're interested in any of these tablets…just go buy them outright without the hoops & games. Samsung either has so much customer volume that they don't care about the complaints or they just flat-out don't care about their individual customers. Based on the many deals prior this year: a small percentage may score this, but there are a lot of variables working against you (1.They Cancel your initial order / 2. cancel your trade-in from a litany of arbitrary reasons and bill you the $350 TIV / 3. make you wait over the tight 2-week return window to verify/appraise your trade-in…just to name a few) and their call centres are HORRENDOUSLY DIFFICULT and time-intensive to deal with when there are issues. People have even had their money in limbo for weeks to months (without using CC chargeback) in hopes of getting their orders fulfilled amidst weeks of shipping delay after delay after delay…

Note: they mention they can even remotely disable your device (!!!) if they feel you haven't kept up your end of the deal with a proper trade-in.

I talk to customer service representative and she said the trade ins is not an error on their side and will honor it. Atleast for my galaxy tab A 10.1

They rejected my ipad 2 as blocked and never returned it.....also tried recently to charge me for a warranty repair on a phone....luckily they sent the phone back unrepaired and undamaged.......an absolute nightmare to deal with, many hours on calls from one person to another...they will run you around in circles and you wont get anything resolved.

I don't have experience with Samsung but I did iphone 13 deal wtih verizon where you can bring a device listed and get $850 back. They said that long as device turns on w/o battery issue, they will give u 850. I took in note 9 with crack back and front screen burns... Verizon honored it... This should be a legit deal.. I should be picking up mine tomorrow.. fingers crossed.

My buddy got two ip1 accepted a few weeks ago. But you're right...you want it at the home screen to make it easy on the reviewers!

Can you return the device that was purchased for refund then, if the deal goes sideways?
