Friendly advice: If you're interested in any of these tablets…just go buy them outright without the hoops & games. Samsung either has so much customer volume that they don't care about the complaints or they just flat-out don't care about their individual customers. Based on the many deals prior this year: a small percentage may score this, but there are a lot of variables working against you (1.They Cancel your initial order / 2. cancel your trade-in from a litany of arbitrary reasons and bill you the $350 TIV / 3. make you wait over the tight 2-week return window to verify/appraise your trade-in…just to name a few) and their call centres are HORRENDOUSLY DIFFICULT and time-intensive to deal with when there are issues. People have even had their money in limbo for weeks to months (without using CC chargeback) in hopes of getting their orders fulfilled amidst weeks of shipping delay after delay after delay…

You must factory reset to remove all personal data from your device.
Is your device free of cracks?
The screen, body and camera lenses, are free of cracks.
Ensure the device is not on a banned list.
Trade-in Guide
Remove all your personal data and software locks from your device.
Place the lower half of your shipping label inside your return package.
Use the shipping box from your new Galaxy Tab S7 FE, 128GB, Mystic Black (Wi-Fi) to send your trade-in device. If you are trading in a laptop, you must send the device, battery, power supply and cable.
Do not use a FedEx Drop Box. All packages must be dropped off at a FedEx Ship Center.
If you no longer wish to trade-in your device, simply keep your device and your Credit Card account will be charged for the trade-in credit received during purchase.
If your trade-in does not meet our requirements, we will return it to you free of charge at your request. You will be charged for the trade-in credit received during purchase.
