This is confusing. So I can trade-in a Nexus 7 tablet and get the $350 credit applied?

Edit: Prepare for tears, y'all. This is going to be a mess.

Friendly advice: If you're interested in any of these tablets…just go buy them outright without the hoops & games. Samsung either has so much customer volume that they don't care about the complaints or they just flat-out don't care about their individual customers. Based on the many deals prior this year: a small percentage may score this, but there are a lot of variables working against you (1.They Cancel your initial order / 2. cancel your trade-in from a litany of arbitrary reasons and bill you the $350 TIV / 3. make you wait over the tight 2-week return window to verify/appraise your trade-in…just to name a few) and their call centres are HORRENDOUSLY DIFFICULT and time-intensive to deal with when there are issues. People have even had their money in limbo for weeks to months (without using CC chargeback) in hopes of getting their orders fulfilled amidst weeks of shipping delay after delay after delay…

I don't have screenshots. I copied and pasted the chat into a word doc and printed it out as a PDF. Good enough for me. It is best if people here chat and confirm with Samsung, and then have then save that information in their orders' notes. That way, if there is an issue, you can chat back and ask them to refer to the notes.

Yes you can open the S7 FE. Its free returns 15 days so i would ship trade-in on the 1st day but chat reps have given extensions like 30days to do returns , so if they deny your trade, youll still be able to return the tablet. They email you asking if you want your trade-in shipped back or disposed of,

Interesting, my CC still show pending but I used Samsung pay & that payment record is gone. Order status still show processing with estimated delivery Nov 10.

Yeah I did it for pickup at best buy. I payed through PayPal with linked debit card. After picking up the tablet and buds I checked my bank account and item was reversed (recredited).

Interesting what will happen, not sure, any one experience this before?
