Very good deal. The lifetime warranty is the kicker here. If these break or round off I get a new one. Also I have regular sockets and deep sockets in smaller sizes. The smaller sizes would have been redundant and I am so happy I got the larger size sockets for suspension and other jobs.

I've been lurking these items for a while. I was at my local home depot and couldn't believe my eyes. I had to run back here and post for others in my similar situation looking for 1/2 in drive-deep sockets.

Good work. I have seen many deals on 3/8s but not many on 1/2s. Also I like the fact that 13+ sizes are offered because really, who apply impact to anything less than that. Again, good work and you just "cost" me $30 😂

Can you get some kind of case for these? Or will those socket holders keep them in place if i put them in a bag?

I'd like to keep a set with me in my truck but dont want a ton of sockets rolling around in a bag.

Try to find a toolbox like this one [lowes.com]. It's perfect for 1/2" metric and SAE sockets on rails with a ratchet, extensions, and a couple other little tools. It's sized well to fit under many seats.

Great price. Some might prefer to spend $25 and get the lifetime warranty of a Husky set. I think Tekton on Amazon is about the same price.

Are Tesla's fastened with SAE or Metric? I don't own one, but just now started wondering.

I mostly need to remove lugs and tend to get metric sizes since I have mostly Japanese vehicles. Wondering if I can get away with not buying SAE.

Following link says no longer sold at lowes..... if you still have a Sears in your area --sad to say all gone here in san antonio-- they sell a hard plastic ' truck box' very similar in size that would work. I keep my dremel and related attachments in it myself.

Yeah. I tried looking for that Cman box years ago without luck. I even tried getting one of the Hometown stores to order them, but there were none in the warehouses.

There must be a more common name for that style of toolbox and somebody selling them somewhere. I didn't realize how lucky I was to find 3 on clearance at my local Lowe's.
