T-Mobile's New Kids Sync Up Watch

I bought it and it is a disaster. I cant get it paired at all, the app is just "stuck" in setting up the profile. I have uninstalled, reinstalled hthe app and reset the watch. No one at T-Mobile seems to have any clue about this device or the app. I was last told it could take 4 hours to finish pairing, well it's been 2 days now and nada. Anyone else having this issue?
