These things are awesome ... and totally not worth $50. I'm sure that's subjective, and obviously my opinion. The screens are great, buttons are small but great, battery life is good and charges over usb c, game variety is better than the Mario edition. But it's 1/6 the cost of an oled Switch.

Thanks OP I preordered this a couple of months ago. I can't remember where from though lol. I just bought one and will pick it up in an hour. I bought the Mario one last year.

I love the idea of these and I remember the old game and watch. This just doesn't seem like a fun way to play games, especially a game like legend of Zelda.

I'd only recommend these for collectors that aren't concerned about them being limited or rare. With the Mario ones Nintendo for once made a glut of something and they promptly went on sale shortly after release.

This and the Mario G&W are all about nostalgia. No way are they worth $50 in terms of the physical device; they probably only cost a few dollars to manufacture. But the reason I'll get one, like I got the Mario one, is to relive the memories of playing the G&W games and Zelda, both in the 80s. It's hard to put a dollar value on nostalgia. And surprisingly, the Mario one was very playable, even my "old" eyes could make do just fine with the small screen.

Does this have an alarm you can set? I bought last year's Mario edition but returned it since it didn't actually function well as a digital clock.

Nice. Anyone order theirs from Amazon? Pre-ordered mine back in June, they haven't even shipped it yet.

I also pre-ordered in June, It's expected for delivery on 11/16 for mine. It's weird that it hasn't shipped early to get here by 11/12.

Link's Awakening always sounded like what happened when he visited the seedier parts of Kakariko Village after a few too many mushrooms. L, V, N, SSC.

Same, expected by 11/16. Like you said, weird this didn't ship earlier, but oh well. Realistically I have a bunch of ways to play Zelda already, so I guess I can wait a few extra days lol.
