Ha, I bought this like eighteen months ago in part because I thought Nintendo was going to do the Nintendo thing and kill it off early. Oh well, it's still a fun toy, even if they oddly chose to include only the original Link's Awakening and not DX, even as an option. It's also disappointing (if not surprising) that there's no official way to add more games to such decent hardware, but apparently it isn't too difficult to hack. I'll have to do that someday.

I picked one up a few weeks ago when it was $25 on Clearance and I haven't put it down since. Finished the first quest on the original NES game and I'm currently making my way through the second quest. I've got these games on my 3DS and Switch, but for some reason it's more compelling for me to want to play through them on this little device.

Since this has the "watch" feature it would have been awesome if it had a built in kickstand to use it as a clock. I'd use this at meetings to keep track of time.
they include a frame/stand but it's very fragile. now I'm trying to find a way to add a stand to the device itself

edit: thanks everyone for all the ideas for a stand. you have all been very helpful.

How the heck do you choose shipping… I keep getting forced into either pickup (which needs $35 min order), or delivery from store. Which again needs 35 minimum.

It shows up free ship if I pick up at a store with it in stock. Otherwise it charges for shipping if below $35 total for both ship to home or ship to store.

I bought one when it was last in stick for 25 bucks and I love it! It is too bad that it only has a few games because the form factor is really nice. And it weighs very little yet feels solid and is a joy to play on.

I picked this up in store last month for this price - but YMMV, could be worth checking out.

Try Zelda PopSockets or similar phone holders.

I had a few of the original Game & Watch units. They had that metal kickstand you've mentioned on the single screens.

These work well as a stand for the modern Nintendo Game and Watch lineup:

FYI, did online order for two and I was able to use code WOWFRESH for $10 off. So 2/$40+tax with in store pickup.

The packaging has a kickstand, but I agree it would have been nice for the system to have it built in.
