I traveled from the future to warn you that they will sell out instantly and the majority of you will be frustrated and mad that you weren't able to secure one.
My $70 onn 40" from last BF is still going strong.
FYI last year was a 42" onn 1080 Roku for $88 (it still works BTW)

Should fit across the back no problem I'd think.

Returned my crushed one in the back of a Honda Civic last night.

Yeah the side of the box was crushed in, but the Styrofoam was fine when I opened it so I pulled it out and disappointment abounds.

If the confirmation email is to be believed, I somehow ordered another one after a few tries. We'll see how that goes.
Ugh I'm sorry to hear that. I hope the latest one you ordered will be a winner. I was asking cause I had people arguing with me a 70" TV of this size is safe to transport on its side. I think it's risky, especially if the roads are bumpy and\or it has a good distance to be transported for delivery. The box says "This end up" for a reason. A friend has to move one a few states this week and his car may not suffice unless it is laid down, so discussing options to keep his panel safe

Outside the box across the back seat with display facing the windshield + soft blanket over the front and wedged lightly with couch cushions

or

box laid flat, roll the dice?

Wow, for being an IT guy, I know *nothing* about home entertainment. It did not even occur to me that you needed to consider vertical or horizontal orientation in your car

Just an FYI, it is not centered so you should wait to put up a mount until you get the TV.

You will likely need to have it 1-2ft lower than you would normally to have it eye level

Did you purchase a mount? Mind sharing which one ?

Picked up 70" today in my sedan using bungee cords ( was protruding out of the trunk by 14 inches or so..made sure it was tight and won't move)…worked great

Love the Tv so far…sound and picture both are good…am happy with the purchase
Care to elaborate? Been avoiding going to pick up mine since I have a jeep cherokee 2016( not grand cherokee) so it's not a true suv size.

40 = $128 x 2 80 256 why the heck they charging so much for the 70 398 they have so many of these in stock odd number 70 is really 69 or come or less. Does anyone know the real size. Some were true size where it would be 46 you were getting 46. Whose making these panels for them? I always seen this before the c19 them to cost more. I wanted 75 inch that never came down in price tow here I thought it was as good deal. CEO of Walmart tells us all hse wants fair pricing but I guess the manufacture for the 70 panel cost more. So the element uses DLED those are cheaper to make so that is 400 series model. Does anyone here own one. My ex gf daughter got one with extended warranty for it. She'll need it those elements only last less than 10 years before they fail. SONY last more than 10 years.

Have same question also this one is already available in Walmart
Last year these were $228 this time BF. Now they're $299. I've elements prior they don't last 10 years before they go. My SONY have lasted over 10 years. SCEPTRE 2 to 3 year old those are made in twain no issues with so far. I wanted 75 inch they only sold 65 cheaper. New one has HDR now. Element uses HDR10 those that have this set need to comment on it.

I guess I am another victims of "Walmart 3rd party delivery scam". After the TV got delayed for days, contacted Walmart daily on updates with the excuses of "no driver available" and finally receive a BS picture showing a blurry image of random boxes?? not even the TV orange box. I was home the whole time waiting for the TV and they promised it will be delivered for the last 3 days, and this is what I've got at the end?! This "driver" never show up and Walmart wont even process the refund. they asked me to reach out to the bank for the dispute.

I thought I was lucky to place my order but No no no... No TV for me but lots of frustration and headache. Will I buy a TV from Walmart again? HELL NO, Will I buy anything from Walmart?? HELL NO if they continue to use this delivery method that has no trace and credibility I seriously don't know how they think this can compete with Amazon. And the agent was still trying to sell me Walmart+ and suggest I can try to buy this same TV (not now because they are all sold out! but in the "future" Christmas sale for even lower price????? I seriously doubt it)

It wasn't the first time they mess-up my order, butt his is the most disappointing one with no resolution. Hopefully no one else have to go through this. For those who received the TV, Enjoy it and for those who is waiting I suggest you go pick it up in person or else just cancel your order before it hit the fan. Good Luck and Happy holiday!

I placed my order yesterday (11/29) for the 70" and it said it would arrive the same day but, later in the afternoon I received an e-mail saying it was delayed. I got nervous after reading some other comments and almost cancelled my order but ended up deciding to wait a couple more days. This morning (11/30) I got a notification that my order was out for delivery, got a call and met an extremely nice delivery guy outside my apartment and we moved it up to my apartment, I asked him how many of these he had delivered recently and he said 10 in the past few days. The box was in perfect condition but I was still nervous unboxing it, luckily everything was in perfect condition, no cracks, dead pixels etc. I've never been great at telling how good an image is on a TV but so far this one looks good to me. I already had a sound bar so didn't have to worry about using the TV speakers. Anyways just thought I'd share my good experience here incase anyone else is on the fence or nervous, FYI I'm in the Alpharetta, GA area.

You need four 40" panels to make a 80" panel, not two.

Anyone got TV calibration settings for this 70" ONN TV? Good picture out of the box. Colors pop, but would like to see some true color settings. Great buy. Thank you.
Did anyone respond or did you find a good online resource? Thanks.

I had a similar issue to you, waited for days due to delays and calling customer rep to see the status of it. Then on the day of original delivery date, one of my local Walmart called me and stated they can't find any drivers willing to take deliver the TVs and they have 20 sitting to be delivered and no one show up or they come but refused to take the TV out. So he asked me if I want to come pick it up or else be at risk of the system cancelling the order as it's been sitting in the store for 3 days so I went and pick it up

That same rep told me they're having a lot of issues with Uber drivers as they do not want to deliver large items. And who's to blame them. The rep told me they get paid the same as if they deliver groceries or small items so who in their right mind want to deliver a large TV in their car with no extra incentives?? Walmart got it wrong here and I too will never order a large item again unless they sort this out.
