Make sure you get the latest control center software from gigabyte. That fixes an issue where the battery drains extremely fast if using non-gigabyte nvidia drivers. Use msi afterburner to do a custom frequency/voltage curve on the gpu. You can undervolt your gpu significantly while maintaining pretty high core clocks. This decreases gpu temps drastically. Msi afterburner also drains battery life quickly, so I manually run it only when gaming.
If you are an advanced user, you can get the bios unlocked at winraid forums. This will allow you to use throttlestop to undervolt and even overclock the cpu, which helps drastically as well. Liquid metal also helps a lot with temps, but will require at least one re-application down the road due to liquid metal bonding with the copper heatsink surface.

Hmmm....
I was more looking for something with a 2k screen and a 3070, but is this a decent deal considering the 4k screen and a 3060?
