They are $50 more than what they were few days ago. Few days ago it's was a 50 discount to Apple. Now it's same price as Apple.

I just placed a walmart order and signed up for a new verizon account and ordered 1 line. I want to add 2 more lines but when I try another order on walmart as existing customer and login to verizon account it says I am not authorized. Verizon CSR says the account is not setup completely and is asking me to wait a day or 2 until the phone ships. By then walmart will be sold out obviously. Anyone know what happens when I try to do another walmart order as a new verizon customer?

Yeah they won't do the 300 upfront. Otherwise it would've been a no brainer to go through ATT. I guess I'll take my chances through Wally…

They will offer either: 1) $800 off with trade-in/36 month plan, or 2) $300 off straight purchase.

Exactly. Carriers give bill credits spread over multiple years which lock you in to higher plan costs and deters you from switching carriers.

Currently, 2:10 Pm PST, Walmart+ user can order iphone12 max 128 or 512 in Gray color. It's in stock. Also anyone got the trade in offer? I was not able to select any trade in for at&t.

Buying from Walmart will give you a lot more troubles but also one advantage, your iPhone will be unlocked out of the box vs locked to AT&T for 36 months(if buying from AT&T directly). This was true for all iPhone 12 last year.
