The price is not actually $15 per month but adds an additional $3.50 per month in fees and taxes. That said, it works great for me in Lancaster PA.

Then zoom into where you live. Mine looks like it's OK when map full screen. It shows dark green, but then no building or home coverage. It's complete crap. And yes coverage is terrible where I live. You may have same issue. Also, like mentioned above, make sure your phone has bands 66 and 71.

and most of the MVNO companies like Mint are downgraded when Tmobile has too much traffic.....
Ask around and see if ATT or Verizon are better in your area and find a MVNO that uses them !
