What ever happened to the Canon DSLR + PIXMA Pro Printer with rebate deals? Gone forever?

These used to be posted almost monthly it seemed. Did they vanish, or did SD stop allowing them?
Looking for a new camera, and wanted to buy the combo deal, get a rebate and sell the printer to offset cost of a camera.
Anyone know if this might be back for BF or Xmas?
