Literally everything that I've purchased from Newegg has been open-box but sold to me as New. Only purchased some Ram from them but would probably never trust this company. Returns are a real hassle based on their return policy. Their merchandise is just too shady to trust.

So damn tempting. Only things keeping me from pulling the trigger are that there might be sweeter deals on BF/CM and that Newegg has really gone to shit in the last few years. I need a brick and mortar to do one of these deals.

Black Friday deals on TVs are generally on low-end TVs made to sell on just BF. I think you're just as likely—if not more likely—to get a deal on an LG OLED by watching for sales and watching for clearances.

I'd be scared to get a TV online too. Too many of them arrive damaged and I don't need that headache, ha.

Agree about Neweggs decline. I've had scetchy shipping lately, and customer support could be better. It's too bad.

Real sad story on Newegg. Used to be the best place on the web for most computer parts. CS was good too. I did quite a bit of volume, they send me all kind of swag. Used to be black caps, t-shirts etc.
Then the slow but continuous decline.

Just bought this a month ago. The TV itself is outstanding. Just be VERY CAREFUL moving it out of the box. It's ridiculously thin and bends to where it may snap in half.

Just go with Costco for peace of mind. Not sure if they still have the promo on LG website which you could claim $100 streaming credit, HBO max 6 months, earphone. All add up plus the return policy. Yes, the TV is amazing!

Yeah, def get two people to move this thing. Setting it up was scary by myself. That being said, such a sweet tv. Movies and tv shows look so good.

I love the wii like remote. This is my first high end tv, so it was quite the upgrade. =)

Got this very tv from ABT (local in Chicago area) for the same price as Costco. Only because Costco doesn't take discover - but in either case I was prepared to deal with either in case of a return. If you're good with online return policies for something this big (and you better package it perfectly for UPS) then this is a better deal than what I got.
