Advice on new home with prewired 5.1 surround

I moved into a new home last month. The house was prewired for 5.1 surround sound. Room is roughly 18x18 with the ceiling in a 3x3 coffered ceiling. 3 speakers are in the first column of 3 in front of the TV (think of 1, 2, and 3 on a phone keypad). Remaining 2 speakers are at 7 and 9 on a phone keypad. Surround sound will attach to wall in front of keypad position 3 and subwoofer on side of wall by keypad position 7.
So my question, what 6.5" ceiling speakers would you recommend (pre-wired) and what surround system? Would like to stay under $1500 but if it is a great bang for buck, I am open to going higher. I don't foresee using it that much which is why I don't need top of the line. Planning to purchase during Black Friday online somewhere.

I really don't have much specific advice for you, but to clarify (and help you better articulate your question here or elsewhere):
Are you looking for all ceiling mounted speakers?
In-Ceiling or just mounted at ceiling level?
How did they prewire? Are the jacks installed? Wires dangling out of the wall? Some sort of rough in speaker mount? Why 6.5"?
Where's the other end of the speaker wire end up / did they do a good job providing all the cables/conduit you may need?
Is $1500 your total budget including equipment or just for speakers?
Generally down firing speakers at ceiling level won't sound as good as forward firing speakers closer to seated head height.
Also when referring to speaker locations just use front left, front right, center, etc or abbreviate.
