Note that this is one router plus two extenders. These are dual-band, which means you won't get full speeds as a band is used to create the mesh.
3 pack of routers is $209 and a extra router is $79 at Amazon. This makes it less than the 4 pack of routers Costco recently had.
If you can run ethernet to all locations, you will be better off with all routers for max speeds.
Also, note that these are limited to 500mb so if you have gig fiber, you may want to look at eero 6 pro.
