i have the ninja foodi one that i got last year, and i can tell you it doesnt (at least for the ninja). Its so damn convenient to do both trays at different temps and at different times, meals come out hot and ready to the plate, rather then having to wait for one to finish and then another or meddling with two different products in one tray so one doesnt burn over the other.

While a dual basket design is good on paper, I wonder if it's truly better than a 8-10 quart single basket unit.
This essentially gives you two 4-5 quart baskets, this reducing airflow. Aside from the insignificant convenience of separating things, it would seem to be much less efficient than a single basket. Just my thought, not necessarily a bad deal though.

Same experience with my ninja airfryer with 2-baskets ea. of 10qts capacity.

That's pretty nifty the two different baskets can cook at 2 different Temps.

I have this in my garage (getting it for Christmas) and it says cook with two 5 qt or one 10 qt baskets. Can't open it up verify, but one of the pictures does look like it has a 10 qt basket.

Did some research on this earlier and can confirm that it's essentially a 10qt air fryer that allows you to separate and divide the basket into two 5qt baskets. There's a feature that allows you to set different timers for each basket but the temperature can't be different so it's only really useful if you only use one temperature all the time (which we tend to do anyway.) But it's not truly independent like the Ninja ones are.

TL;DR: it's a 10qt air fryer that you can put a divider into and make 2 5qt air fryers if you don't like your fries touching your chicken fingers.

I ordered the ninja yesterday but this is decently cheaper for the same thing. Only thing that is preventing me from cancelling that order is that I'm replacing a different powerxl that we just bought and constantly turns itself off. Pretty annoying hope it's not a recurring problem but think I'll just try the Ninja

Just to clarify this is similar to the Ninja but not the same. As other have noted the Ninja allows different cooking temperatures for each basket, whereas the PowerXL does not.
