I've had this for about a year, and can't recommend it. Even with a good fitting phone the design puts a huge amount of torque on the fragile usb type c port on your phone. That's been the point of failure on all my recent phones, and I'm positive that this controller has contributed to the problem.

The android and Xbox versions are functionally identical. The labeling on the Xbox buttons are designed to intuitively correspond to Xbox apps, but neither version provides any additional functionality.

These things are great, I love mine. Regular price is too expensive for what it is, this is more like it though

So there was another Kishi that said it was for Android (Xbox), specifying Xbox. Is that identical to this one in terms of functionality? I thought there was something I had read about one working with various other mobile games, and the other wouldn't. Like the Android only one on worked on certain games, but the Android (Xbox) one was treated as an Xbox controller that worked with more games

The XCloud version and regular Android version are identical with the exception that the XCloud version has the XBox button labels.

I got this working with my Pixel 6 but I had to trim one of the rubber grommets but otherwise it works pretty well and fits very well. Note I'm not using the pro. I'm using the standard pixel 6. If anybody wants PM me and I can send a picture of exactly what I trimmed

That's a concern. What phones did you use it with? Were they the larger sized ones? Curious if that's a factor. I'm buying for my kid with a Galaxy Note 10+.

Had one for Android and it just doesnt work for the games I played. This will NOT work on COD mobile. The iPhone version however does work with COD mobile for anyone interested. Not worth the $45 price tag for me as I primarily play Cod and am forced to use a Moga clip on xbox controller.

This is the best option available for mobile game streaming. I've had the android version for a little over a year. It is very handy for travel and certainly far more comfortable than holding a standard controller with a phone clipped onto the front.

However, the build quality doesn't compare to a standard controller. The triggers are extremely spongy (compared to a standard XB1/Switch Pro controller). There thumbsticks are moderately so. The shoulder bumpers, D-pad, and standard buttons are slightly spongy. It's fine for turn-based or slower games. While technically usable in fast paced reflex heavy games (eg fps, racing), you'll be at a significant disadvantage.

I'm using it with a note 10+. It fits just perfect without the case. There is no spare room for any case of any size.

Probably better and much cheaper to buy a $10 clip that attaches your phone to a first party controller
