I got the insignia one for $25 at Best Buy on sale. It functions identical to the instant pot. People cite the stainless steel as better than the non-stick. I've had the non-stick for a year and have had no issues with it. Just don't use metal within the pot or to clean it and you will be fine.

Paid same years ago and it has been well well worth it. Pasta, yogurt, minestrone soup, rice are just some of the few things it gets used for. Love it and would buy one in a heartbeat (even at regular price) if it ever breaks. Size is good for family of four or five.

Every year I laugh at that stainless steal thread poster. Every time there is a sale on pressure cookers you see the same poster go bananas telling everyone to get stainless steal pot.

Nothing like scraping burnt rice from your steal inner pot after you cooked it a little longer than normal.

Differences?
The pressure release is different, the one that is for sale in the op has a rotating pressure release valve very slow to vent and you have to hold it if you want it to vent faster, the Duo version has a locking open valve for faster venting (I have this version at home and am considered getting the Duo version just for the release feature alone)

(Below is the Duo version, not the one on sale right now)

Is this worth the extra $20 over the insignia?
Sometimes the Insignia drops to $25 and you can actually get an Insignia 6 qt steel replacement inner pot for $20 if you want leaving you with an extra non-stick pot for still less than the IP. So unless steel and 8 qt are real sticking points, I'd go for the Insignia. There are a lot of IP brand loyalists who would have you pay for the name and R&D on their countless product lines, but they're pretty much the same besides the points listed.

edit: actually this IP listed has an "Aluminum inner cooking pot with ceramic coating "

I have Instant Pot stainless pot and Bella aluminum with teflon coating. The Instant pot is much better and cook much faster. You can also find the replacement part (silicon seal gasket, pot, release valve, etc..) much easy with the Instant pot.

I was using Instant pot for 2 years, then Insignia for 6 months now, And I am buying Instapot again. I would say Instant pot is way better in Quality, cooking modes, speed of cooking, etc.
