24"-32" TV for Kitchen

Please help me find a 24"-32" tv for a kitchen. It will be used to watch over the air channels, as a pc monitor and for casting. Built-in casting isn't absolutely necessary, as I have a Chromecast puck. I also don't care much about other Smart features.
