You can also split purchase between Amex and Chase to get the $120 Amex off 600 and then 5% from Chase off the rest.
That all stacks with the 12-13% cashback.
I figure potential net cost as low as $561, YMMV based on Amex/Chase availability

Also there's a trick to checking if you have it because the offers list only displays 100 offers at a time so you have to add offers before new ones will be displayed. I had to add like 50 offers before I got to my 10% offer. Hope that helps
