How did it stop working? Did it stop turning on? From what I've seen on the reddit forums, everyone says that the G15 construction is superior to other budget gaming laptops. Considering this has a 3050TI, it's hard to find another gaming laptop that can compete.

The numbers are very unhelpful from what I can tell. It depends on a myraid of factors including wattage and model. Frankly, it's beyond my understanding.

Getting warmer last years 2060s were $799 on Bf and arguably that's a better card than the 3050. If this goes under $599 then it would be a deal.
