I believe this is a bug price because their Black Friday sale says save up to 67% on select Xbox games but this one is 85% off.

Not a bug price - there's 8 games with a higher (90%) discount. For example Lords of the Fallen is $1.99. But definitely a good price, ty OP.

Yes, Sony is screwing their base who are willing to pay more out of allegiance. Sony has full control over how much the game costs for PS gamers.

Sony has no say in the Xbox game pricing as MLB is the publisher on the Xbox side of things and Sony was just the hired developer to make the game.
