We bought this last year at BBBY thinking it was a good deal under $60 but it only lasted 6 months. We have since purchased a replacement at Costco due to the return policy in case it fails quickly again.

I was considering this during a recent Kohl's sale. It's definitely a very popular product, but too many reviews complaining about reliability. Leads me to believe that though the motor is 900W, it burns out easily. I bought the Ninja nutriblender pro instead. It was about the same price, 1100W and has overwhelmingly good reviews on Amazon.

Second the reliability issues. The original magic bullet lasted us a couple of years but this one say about 8 months.

We also bought from same place last year and started having issues. Not sure if BBBY keeps low quality

I've had one of these for years but I started using Nutra Ninja instead for the extra power and sharper blades. Now I use the Ninja - Mega Kitchen System for 100 at Best Buy. The smaller blenders don't liquefy as much as puree veggies/fruits
