TCL Alto 6 has pretty good sound for it's price. I have read that Vizio sound ards tend to have better bass response... If that's what you want or need. I don't know about this particular model though.
The Alto 6 sounded better than my LG SK1 though. Not sure if that's helpful.

I have the Vizio and while it doesn't really get earth (or house, in this case) -shakingly loud, it's more than loud enough, and has decent bass response for such a small bar. The specs say frequency response on this goes from 70Hz-20kHz, and it seems to reflect that. Can't find power specs listed anywhere, but my guess is 50W.
I've never heard the TCL bar, but the Alto 6 specs say frequency response is 150Hz-20kHz, and it looks as if it is more intended to pair with a sub (i.e. see their Alto 6+, which looks like the same bar but with a subwoofer included in the set), as 150Hz looks suspiciously like a crossover frequency. I would expect this bar to be able to get louder overall due to size (31.5") and wattage specs (120W), just not across the bass range.
Also, disclaimer, I am not an audiophile, so I'm not going to say anything about reproduction quality, lol.
I've had this unit for several years now and one of it's best features use that the IR receiver is universal. so meaning use the original remote to dial in the settings and then use your universal/combo remote to control the volume. comes in so handy
Grabbed this one from target in early November at the same price and like the way it is. Better alternative to TV speakers and able to feel little bass from it. Looks Solid build too.
Compact good for small rooms. Just another low class BT music player in a sound bar. Beware and do not use your target cash rewards towards any purchases other than grocery cos if you plan on returning the item, you won't get the cash rewards back.
Got this as an option for sound when playing movies with a projector camping. I think it would be adequate, but it's definitely a low quality speaker setup and I'll probably be returning it as $50 is too expensive for it.
On the plus side, it's better than the tinny built in TV speakers, in that it's louder and does have more bass. However the sound overall is still kind of muddled and unclear. I have a basic home theater in a box that is miles better even with the cheap out of the box speakers.
If this sound bar was $20 it'd be a killer deal. At $30 it'd be an ok deal. At $50 it feels like a regular price marketed as a sale, which is only further evidenced by this sale lasting weeks and going through multiple reposts.
Pretty good soundbar for $50. I bought one from Amazon and was happy with it in the bedroom, it also gives a nice bass too, I was expecting to have zero bass like the onn one from Walmart for $30 since I also tried that and returned it. Now waiting for another Vizio one with woofer for $70 from Walmart for another room.

Nice for the bedroom as the speakers are front facing, so if in a house with others it helps keep the sound facing you and not the wall behind the TV.
