This is a great deal. It matches the popular 256gb deal by Walmart a couple weeks back, only this is a much better drive. They claim 300mb/s read but benchmarks show it hitting 400 mb/s read and 110 mb/s write. The SanDisk from Walmart was 60 mb/s read and 10 mb/s write. And an even bigger feature for this model is that it has USB-C and USB-A connectors.
Only complaint is your limited to buying just one drive. Oh, and you better hurry. The qty remaining dropped from 66 to 59 in the last 20 min.
edit: read online reviews, 1 out of 5 star. lots of complaints about their shipping. good luck to all those who were able to order, the deal is dead now.

I had a chance to get one also, but because of your same question I didn't pull the trigger. I could have used one but didn't want to take a chance with any type of issue.
I don't know how long the deal was live, but I was one of the first SD folks to take look around 6 hours ago, and they only showed 66 avail. I spent some time researching the drive first, just to make sure it was better than the SanDisk drives from Walmart. Factor in distractions, and by the I finished checking out it said 59.
I originally added one to my cart on my tablet, but ended using my PC to checkout. I just checked, and that cart show $50. So, the folks who saw the price jump, it's likely the quantity earmarked for the discount sold out. Someone else posted about another deal on the same site, a Samsung Fit 256gb for only $15. That was too small for me,it's sold out as well.
As vendor rep, I used a virtual credit number, so if it doesn't show up, my credit card company can reimburse me. And I don't have to worry about someone stealing my info that way. I do that with pretty much every vendor, save the 3 or 4 I buy from the most.
I DID SAY YOU BETTER HURRY IN MY FIRST COMMENT! So yeah, sorry folks, too slow. I know how it feels though because I'm usually the one who misses out. It's happened a few times the past couple weeks.
