Update - After placing the order it comes back with less points than required error. So no go.
I asked the rep and they said it needed 24hrs
couldn't sign into thankyou.com on chrome or firefox, but safari worked

I converted 225k last year to $2700… then spent 1700 but got 650 in gc from apple and rolled around to this year with 1650… spent 900 so far and got $200 from apple and still have 950 in gc…I've got 245k in ty points now and don't know if I want to take the plunge again.. lol…
FYI sears was added but only 5% off as of now…plus theres not a sears in 50 miles near me anymore

Me too. Said order fulfilled but nowhere to be found in my email. Tried 3 times resend it to my email and still nothing.
My whole experience with citi has been quite clunky tbh. I end up chatting with customer support way too much.

Chatted with CS. After retyped/updated my email address in "my profile", I received the cards he resent.
I tried the chat route and they deferred me to thankyou.com, but there's no chat option for that site.
