it's ok.
it's no Dyson, but a reasonably good deal for the price.
I'm not going to return it, but I wouldn't try to convince anyone to buy it.
PROS
- Super portable and comes with all the basic attachments.
- Easy to empty and clean.
- Powerful suction on the right surfaces
- I like the color/design
- cheaper than competition
CONS
- filter screen gets clogged easily, limiting suction. (the dyson has a similar design but much smaller holes)
- the retractable brush head doesn't stay extended with light pressure.
- The battery life unimpressive. Don't expect to use the medium or high setting often.
- the latch for opening the dust cup is tough to close reliably so sometimes the lid flops open. also, it's an inherently weak design that I'm worried will break.
- the wall mount does not charge the battery. you have to mount the vacuum and then plug in a barrel connector (that is clipped to the wall mount)
- the powered brush head is very low to the floor so carpeting seals its opening, making it difficult to push and beating up the carpet (low pile carpet) more than I am comfortable with. I only use the "low" setting on carpet just to be able to push the thing. I've also had it latch onto bare floor a couple times while using the high setting.
- mid/high power settings tend to send some debris flying instead of sucking them up on bare surfaces.
- personally, I'm not a fan of the weight distribution of the design when it comes to wrist fatigue.

The accessory clips are weak and tend to fall off a lot. The power head cannot be connected to the handheld unit like most portables. In order to use the power head it must be connected to the extension tube. The wall mount is plastic and feels very flimsy. There is one 3/8" piece of plastic that hooks into the bottom of the vacuum and supports the vacuum, extension tube and power heads weight. The extension tube and power head hang about 5" from the wall with no support I worry that the kids or dogs will run into it and pop the whole unit of that tiny plastic hook and the whole thing crashes almost 4' to the floor. The power charger is not part of the wall plate, it's just a card you have to plug and unplug each time.
As for the suction, eco is okay for hard floors but doe r work well on carpet. Medium is okay for some carpets others it just sucks the power head down and won't budge or pickup due to lack of airflow. Turbo is great on hard surfaces or with the crevice and brush tool but worthless with the power head as it just sticks the head to the floor. Not to mention you get about 6 minutes real world time and that time goes really fast then you have to wait a few hours to recharge.
If you do decide to purchase one you will certainly want to buy a second battery it it looks like the second battery does not come with a charger and is $59 plus shipping $71 with shipping so might as will buy two vacuums at $97 so you have two chargers as well.
I really wanted to like this product but it just missed some basic features of its competitors.
Now I'm scared that I bought this...
No...it's not Costco...

Helpful info. Definitely sounds frustrating but to me those sound about what I'd expect from such a cheap vacuum. Probably better in the long run to go with something nicer of course.

Agree with you 100%. Bought mine pre-release too. Liking it so far. Have Dyson V10 too. Like both models. Use Wyze for light/maintenance cleaning and Dyson for deeper cleaning.
Perfect. I needed one that will perform well on a high pile area rug.
