Note that with the King Bee you'll need a XLR to USB adapter capable of phantom 48V. But it sounds FAR better than this Blue Yeti (and yeah, I have both).
It's listed as the Yeti *X* (not the regular Yeti).

Podcastage (on Youtube/his website) was a great resource as you can hear direct comparisons. He's also a big proponent of getting a single cardioid pattern mic since most people will never use the other patterns.

I would suggest listening to a bunch of reviews to find a mic that sounds best to YOU. I spent the last week researching mics for my use case and I really do not like the audio quality of the Yeti (sounds like a tin can with no depth, or something is just really off about their mics). In the end, I was between USB versions of the AT, Rode NT mini, and Elgato Waves. I ended up ordering the Elgato Wave 3 since it sounded best to me.
Podcastage (on Youtube/his website) was a great resource as you can hear direct comparisons. He's also a big proponent of getting a single cardioid pattern mic since most people will never use the other patterns.
