DirectToolsOutlet [directtoolsoutlet.com] has Ryobi ONE+ HP 18V Brushless Cordless Compact 3/8 in. Right Angle Drill (Tool Only) on sale for $49.99. Shipping is $9.99.

Full price on HomeDepot is $99 w/ free shipping, so it's a savings of $39.

This was just added to their site in the past 24hr or so, but was listed as out of stock this morning. A DirectToolsOutlet rep on Facebook found an unknown quantity in their inventory and updated the product page to "in stock" to allow me to purchase today. So there might be a limited quantity available...

Note, Tool is Factory Blemished which is "New" merchandise w/ slight cosmetic flaws either on the product itself, the packaging, or the documentation. This is Bare Tool so Battery and Charger are not included.

Maybe if it came with a free electrostatic sprayer 🤷 ♂️
I made the mistake of swapping out all my lower power batteries for 4Ah"hp", 6Ah and 9Ah as I expanded. Now have 7 of these large heavy batteries. Wish I had kept at least one of the 2ah batteries due to size and weight.
LOL, DT and HD can't give those sprayers away fast enough...

Not a bad price if you need a 1.5ah battery. I've got more batteries than know what to do with.

What's with those sprayers? Did they try to cash in on the sanitize everything mindset from a year ago?

Interesting! I'm facing the same decision. Weight aside, are the HP batteries worth it?

That's the working theory at the moment. Trying to cash in on fear of the viral spreading from surface contamination at the beginning of pandemic. Remember when we were all told to set up cleaning stations to sanitize packaged groceries before we put them away?

Ryobi manufactured a boat load of these right before health authorities determined that's not really a concern.

I'm getting one too. They aren't crap but they've been doing everything to get rid of them. Probably over manufactured during COVID thinking they were going to be the go to sanitization tool.
