1440p at 32" size loses it for me, 2k at 27" is the sweet spot.
Any suggestions?

Wait are you actually getting 120 Hz without the hdmi 2.1 ? I was told you needed it even at 1440p
NVIDIA Control Panel set at 2560 x 1440 @ 165Hz

Edit: This is via the DisplayPort I should add.

Anyone think 32" is to big?
I run 2 24-in monitors and when I tried going up to 27 it was way too big for my desk

Using one right now as I post this. I have the LG 1440p 144 refresh that was on sale at Costco a couple years ago. I have a 24 next to it as my alt media monitor. Might get this one as my new main and make my 144 as the backup.

I guess I was wondering more for playing FPS games when you are sitting up close to the monitor.

You can to do 1440 with an HDMI 2.0 cable. You need HDMI 2.1 to do the full 4k @ 120Hz (a.k.a 3,840 x 2,160), which this monitor doesn't even support resolution wise.

This is exactly what I did. I had a 24" 144Hz as my main gaming monitor and I switched to this one at 165Hz. The 24" is now a secondary.

how's the color accuracy on this? I'd be using it for video editing.
It's a VA panel, so color won't be all that accurate. Look for an IPS monitor.

Which is fine, if you're gaming and not a graphic designer. I have a similar monitor next to my IPS.

I have the non-HDR version of this monitor. As a CRT die hard, this has been the best computer monitor in the price range I've found after years of searching. Black levels are good as far as LCDs without dropping $$$ on a monitor with FALD, and no backlight bleed, vertical banding, or dirty screen. Input lag is not perceptible, viewing angles are decent, no ghosting, free sync works flawlessly.

I have OLED in the living room, but don't have space for OLED for a monitor currently, but hopefully when the 42" LG comes out next year.

Built first PC. I grabbed 2 of these and have them as dual monitors. Absolutely amazing. Personally, no eye strain or whatever from hours of play in a sitting. Games (battlefield, halo, dayz, fortnite, etc and mmos, etc) no problem. I would never downsize now that I've had them. Video games, movies, etc all are awesome.

Is there any difference between this one and the LG UltraGear 32" Model# 32GN63T-B.AUS at costco for the same price??? I bought the one at Costco a few weeks ago but haven't opened it since I was going to give it to my son as a Christmas present.

Costco has the 1ms LG 32" 32GN63T-B.AUS 165Hz refresh rate G-Sync adjustable stand instead of this 5ms for the same price.
