The Brooks definitely run small. I take a 10.5EE in everything else, but have a pair of Adrenaline in 11EE which not only fit perfectly, but have turned into my favorite shoe from a collection that also includes two types of Asics.

Note this deal excludes EE width

Note the soles of my Adrenaline have worn thru the first 2 thin layers of rubber, which didn’t happen to my last 10 pairs of Asics, The asics all died from collapse of support, while the outer sole looks half worn thru traction knobs. The Brooks sole is still elastic after long heavy road running, and the elastic support is at least twice as durable as Asics

They run a bit small as do all Brooks shoes I've tried. I have these exact shoes in a 15 and they're a good fit. I'm a 14 in everything else. A half size up might be fine but no one really makes a 14.5 so I've never been able to test it out.

They have Wide and Extra Wide options and are one of the few running shoes to offer such.

In for a couple. I was really hoping for a sale on the 21s by now but my last pair of 20s is almost worn out so I'll take what I can get.

Best running shoe I've ever had. Wish they had the wide option available, would buy 4 pairs.

They last about 6 months with a 4 mile a day average.

I noticed no difference when I went from 20's to 21's, other than the padding was new and not worn in.

I prefer the Glycerins, but this is number #2 for me from Brooks. I can see why people like it. PLUS it is the most stylish and attractive looking shoe line from Brooks.

Are these good for flat feet? I always get the pronation game mixed up.

Thanks. Have been using this shoe I got at specialty store where they measure your foot, gate, etc and get you a shoe and sole. Been using this exact shoe for 2 years. (Well I got wide, but I think it's a bit lose for me). Going to give this a shot.
