Also, I have the Target CC and don't believe it provides any extended warranty or purchase protection.
I want both. If I damage it while mounting it, I'm covered for up to $ 10,000 on several of my cards, at least $ 500 on most. Apple and Target cards, zero.
In addition, never use gift cards on any electrical appliance or TVs. Gift cards give you zero protection.
With Costco, it was $ 1097 with a 5 year warranty (7 if using your Costco Citi), and a generous and very flexible streaming credit.
