Yep, I think that is why I didn't try it this time. The one time I don't I miss out on $24 savings! Anyway I checked the FAQ for instanthome.com and they say "orders can't be cancelled so we may fulfill our shipping timelines." Odd. So, I filled out the support form for customer service and asked them to apply the $24 credit to my order. I also included a screenshot of the coupon applied and the item in my cart, so they can see that it is a valid coupon. We'll see how it goes!

You need subtract shipping unless you buy two to get free shipping.
