Getting chilly around here. We had flurries for a while for a few days in a row. No accumulation thank goodness.

After I finally got through, I did a couple of activities, which were simple and didn't require a lot of time. Earned 2 tokens. Bought two boxes of cereal, entered receipt. Email received said receipt was accepted. But I was only credited for one box. My receipt only had 7 items on it, so not to difficult to read Kellogg's on it. The hoops to contact them became impossible. Went back, did one activity and ordered a reward.
It's cheaper not to buy their products and do activities for any prize you might want (if you want one)
Anyone have advice for others?

FYI - the site now states that the next receipt uploaded will get 2 tokens instead of 1.
I don't really like this new program so far. And I also am no longer a fan as I did lose a bunch of points on the last program. Not really happy with Kelloggs.
It's more difficult to log onto their site than it was to take the quizzes honestly. On the old system I was unable to upload receipts. It said my photo files were too large since I got a new phone last year. Hopefully they have fixed that issue. I'll buy my one Kellogg's item and see.
Honestly they really hyped it up for such boring website. Looks like an intern made it or some school design project. I will take their reward but I won't go out of my way to buy their products and this rewards program probably won't lure a lot of us into purchasing large amounts of Kellogg's branded stuff. Once you get your reward for the month there won't be any incentive---there is some sort of sweepstakes entry with each token and that does continue after the 5 token max but I think we're all smart enough to know the chances are super slim on that.

But...my mother won an Atari game console (early 1980's) in what I believe was a Cap'n Crunch Second Chance sweepstakes. Interestingly, it never appeared (we were pretty excited for it) so we had to assume it was stolen off our porch when we went to visit my grandmother. The sweepstakes (Quaker?) did send us a new one. Played a lot of Pitfall and Frogger on that. I am old.

I don't think there any more activities than the (5). I had to do a couple of them 3 or 4 times before the token awarded.
Without coupons and the way this program is structured - don't think I'll be participating very much.

I also had all kinds of trouble logging into my accounts the past couple of months. It seems everything was messed up and even though they kept sending me 'reset' links nothing seemed to work. And the few times I was able to get in, the rewards were pretty much 'out of stock'. I couldn't figure out how a printable coupon for their own products was out of stock, but whatever.
I don't really think they care about their customers at this point.

Does anyone remember how many no receipt returns are allowed before the national registry of returns blocks you from doing a no receipt return?
Does anyone have any experience in the last 18 months with these types of returns at CVS or Walmart?
