If you have the PS4 disc it definitely upgrades for free as that's what I did. If you bought the PS4 digital version you may have to pay for the 5 upgrade, I'm not sure

It's not a scary game. They made this one more focused on action. That part is the scariest the game will ever get.
I played a couple of hours and then had to lie down because I felt like I was going to puke.
Wish there was a FOV adjustment setting.
*edit* I also disabled bobbing and motion blur effects.
That's the first I've heard of anyone getting motion sickness with this. The FOV looks the same as every other shooter.
You get a free upgrade. You still need to keep the PS4 disc in to play it, but once you put it in, you'll see an upgrade thing to the right. If you don't see that, just go to the store and search for it. Then install that. Your system might start installing the PS4 version when you first put the disc in, so just stop it, and once you've started the PS5 installation, delete the other one.
On a scale from 1-10, it's maybe a 3, as long as you set it on easy difficulty.
