Potentially. Though the clean up might be easier with bagged versus loose. But again french press brewing no idea how it correlates to tea steaming in all honesty

Yes and No. You can use a french press to brew tea. The issue is you have to let it brew then use the plunger to push the tea leaves to the bottom. When you rebrew the tea you would have to remove the plunger and brew again then reinsert.

I would likely get a larger standard insulated bottle and use a stainless steel tea infuser...

Of course it has its own problems as well... It also will keep brewing. The easy fix is as it gets low keep adding hot water throughout the day.

So in the end it would work, but other options might be superior.

Grabbed one on clearance at Walmart 2 years ago; these are great in my opinion. Not fun to clean but keeps coffee hot for a very long time.

Kinda tiny. I like 36/40oz insulated cannisters for warm water. $7 Walmart brand.

What does French Press mean? You can actually squish coffee from the top down into the mug? If so this would be hard to wash with such a small cylinderical body.
