I have ordered from zavvi a couple of times, first time everything went fine, second time delay after delay. Then half of the order was sent back, before even reaching me, twice. Have contacted them multiple times and no answer so buyer beware

This seems to be common. Half the people say everything is fine, the other half say they just get the run around.

I'm not risking it.​

Zavvi has a really bad customer service. Try to avoid them as much as you can. Ordered X-mas gift from them with delivery date as 12/5-12/9 and they are telling me if I don't get the product by 12/28 I should contact them. They refuse to give me tracking info and I'm not sure when and if I'm going to get my order.

I purchased 2 sets from zavvi and iwoot, both times the package was damaged upon delivery. Poorly packaged, and horrific customer service.
