No, it was a 6qt duo for $90 with a $20 target gift card deal that's been dead for a while. IMO apples and oranges.
I bet Walmart wanted at 59 price point and all Instant could do is aluminum pot. Not terribly bad if you want one right away. But hold for stainless steel 8qt, you could cop at $60 or something

The volume markings were discontinued due to safety reasons. That max level was intended only for slow cooking which almost nobody uses an IP for. The 2/3 mark is the safe max for pressure cooking. See consumer advisory at hippressurecooking.com if you don't believe me.
