After you prepay for your 3rd month of service, check your e-mail for the redemption codes for the virtual gift card, and for the earphones.

That being said, the hotspot works fairly well but is capped at 5/mpbs and if you're using Android is capped at one linked device per phone. Happy to answer any questions to share a code if you need one.
I am currently using an iPhone 11 Pro Max. Wifi calling enabled. I work from coffee shops a lot and use my hotspot + Nord VPN and don't have issues. I stream Spotify and work away. I've been without service three times in the two years - once while in the Smoky Mountains, just south of Lexington KY and closer to the TN border and at a festival south of Indianapolis but overheard all cell towers were overloaded. Should I keep the sim card in the phone for 1 more month until I receive the gift? or Can I swap the sim now and still receive the gift after the third payment ?
I hate to loose the promo for not keeping the sim in the phone for one more month.
YMMV, but in my case, the story goes as follows regarding unlocking - I activated the new visible SIM with the new phone on 11/29. After I got the phone and visible account fully set up, for the next 2 weeks, I used the Visible SIM with multiple other phones - some iPhones and an Android. But in mid-December, after reading on SD and reddit about others encountering unlocking issues supposedly due to phone switching, I put the Visible SIM back into the new phone praying I don't run into the same issues. It was mostly a drawer phone I turned on periodically after that since I am holding the new phone as a gift for someone. Fortunately for me, at least the unlock went through automatically exactly at the 60 day point! My CC got billed for the 3rd month last night. Seeing that, I left the phone turned on for a couple of hours this morning and it updated lock status on it's own to show "no sim restrictions"!
Will report back once the GC and airpods codes received. Fingers crossed. I did this same promo a couple of years ago when the iPhones were unlocked to start with. I switched the SIM card to other phones back then as well, but did not have any issues with the gift card offer at the time.
Update: got the codes this morning. I had already switched the sim out to another phone after the new phone unlocked yesterday. So Thu night got billed for 3rd month, Fri morning phone unlocked and sat morning got codes.

Theoretically, for this deal, if the new Visible phone is activated/used with the accompanied new Visible sim for at least 3 months, then the phone will become unlocked.
Question:
1. Say, I already have a Visible phone (Phone 1) with Visible sim (Sim 1) that has been active on Visible for 1 year.
2. And, I get this Visible deal using a new account. Let's call the new Visible phone (Phone 2) and the accompanied new Visible sim (Sim 2).
3. If I activate Phone 2 with Sim 2, and use it like that for X days.
4. Then after X days, I swap the SIM cards - that is, put Sim 1 in Phone 2 and Sim 2 in Phone 1.
5. If X is at least 93 days (i.e. at least 3 months), then theoretically Phone 2 should become unlocked.
6. What is the minimum value for X so that Phone 2 will still become unlocked after 3 months? For example, if X is 5 days, that is, if I swap the sims between the 2 phones after 5 days, will Phone 2 still be unlocked after 3 months?
I bought a visible iPhone 13 pro max but never used that phone, activated visible service in another old phone for 60 days and waiting for iPhones 13 pro max to auto unlock, it never happened.
Reached out to customer service & opened a case in BBB but no luck.
Customer service saying that I have to use visible service on same phone I bought from visible in order to Auto Unlock and there is no other workaround for them to unlock.
I would recommend keeping the SIM and phone together and connected to service for at least a few hours after you get connection/service to make sure their system registered this activation.
The language on their website is very vague and the reps refused to clarify how long you need to use new SIM and phone together (a few hour up to 60 days) to be considered activated but I think most people have no problem after using it together for a few hours

Since your phone is already in India and I guess shipping back to US to activate and wait 2 more months and ship to India again doesn't make sense, you should probably search for unlocking service on eBay. Maybe those unlocking service for Verizon would be able to help. Just let them know the phone is Visible and in India

1) If bringing the phone back is an option, it's worth a shot to try this - once it's back in the US (visible has no service ex-US) activate it using a Visible SIM card and then wait 60 days for the unlock to happen. SIM needs to be in the phone to unlock at the 60 / 61 day point and still in the US. To be safe, I'd recommend using the SIM / account that the phone was bought using. Also, to be safe, don't put the SIM card into any other phone during that period. This is to ensure the phone stays registered with that SIM during that 60 day period on Visible's servers. However this is YMMV as I myself was able to put the SIM into another phone without issues, but then I also activated everything correctly when I received the phone (see my post on the previous page from a couple of day ago)
2) Use the NYTurbo white sim card to soft unlock the sim card slot. Check out NYTurbo.com for videos and instructions and get the white SIM from ebay or FB marketplace. ebay item number 133891078374. You can soft unlock and use the phone on other networks during the 60 day period if you like. Soft unlocks will hold if you upgrade iOSs, but if you do a full erase of the phone, you will need to repeat the soft unlock again - the same white SIM can be used multiple times and on multiple phones with latest ICCID from the NYTurbo website. However, eSIM does not unlock using the white SIM, only the physicial SIM slot. This option could remain the permanent solution if you ultimately are unable to get the phone unlocked through Visible (or unable to bring the phone back to the US). Keep the white SIM handy near the phone as occasionally the ICCIDs get blocked and you need to repeat the soft unlocks using the latest ICCID from the website. I also just noticed the NYturbo site says white sim unlocks need a US IP address and may require a VPN to US servers if done overseas
