I did buy Fold 3 couple months ago and I ended up selling it and I get the ultra instead.
1- the phone is too narrow when it's folded so you have to unfold it for better experience.
2- as a someone who uses social media apps it's not easy to pull out your phone and take snapchat or instagram pic right a way.
3- almost all cases with Spen are bulk and huge so I ended up leaving the SPen which is really not good.
4- watching youtube videos not great because of the Screen ratio. Basically it's even smaller than regular phones.
5- battery is really bad, Will die before the end of the day.
6- some apps look bad even if you adjust resolution and the screen ratio, for example Facebook app looks really ugly.

With all that being said I still recommend this phone if you don't mind those issues this ua really a good price.

This is a crazy deal. I'm returning the one bought from Samsung cuz they stopped price matching other retailers. Even with Samsung's higher cash back% and higher trade-in value, this deal still comes out $200 cheaper.

Great concept however every time I go to look at one they have a gigantic crease in the middle of the screen which is hard to ignore and there is ALWAYS screen damage. I think phone companies started to notice this because lately when I do go look at phones they're hidden away and you need to ask to see one. Almost like they're trying to hide something.

Have been using for 5 weeks. You stop seeing the crease. Display phones may be hidden away because potential customers may abuse the inner screen.

You're absolutely right about the motorcycle point. Almost impossible to ride with this attached. That said, you can't compare this and a typical flagship. It's two entirely different approaches, for me I love it. For you, clearly you want to stick with a style of phone that works for you.

the old version Fold2 never reached $500.. its still like $800, so by the time this reaches $500 i dont think you'd want it anymore, we'd have tri-fold phones or they're in our skin lool
