Activated cell phones are limited to a 14-day return window (regardless of Elite status) and do not qualify for extended holiday returns. Opened items are also subject to a flat $45 restocking fee, unless you're a Totaltech member.
You can theoretically exchange the free Galaxy Buds until Jan 16 (or later, if you're Elite).

1- the phone is too narrow when it's folded so you have to unfold it for better experience.
2- as a someone who uses social media apps it's not easy to pull out your phone and take snapchat or instagram pic right a way.
3- almost all cases with Spen are bulk and huge so I ended up leaving the SPen which is really not good.
4- watching youtube videos not great because of the Screen ratio. Basically it's even smaller than regular phones.
5- battery is really bad, Will die before the end of the day.
6- some apps look bad even if you adjust resolution and the screen ratio, for example Facebook app looks really ugly.
With all that being said I still recommend this phone if you don't mind those issues this ua really a good price.

When I went in store, I had to direct the employee to the $999.99 promo on the website. When I try to get the Buds, she tells me the Galaxy Buds promo ended weeks ago. I show her that the Z Fold on display literally says it comes with Galaxy Buds through Dec 31. She calls her supervisor and then tells me the promo is only for Verizon.
I'm at a bit of a loss. Has anyone gotten past their online verification? In store, if I have them put the phone and Buds in the same order, should it just ring up as free even on Tmo?
Another option is that if you have a friend who has T-mobile post paid account, they can just add a line ($10-40/month depending on their account type), add the phone to their account and cancel the line right away and you should only pay whatever pro-rated line cost for the month. Since you are not financing the phone, it should not affect your friend's account/credit at all. Now, only issue here is that if they have 2 lines, going from 2 -> 3 lines USUALLY requires account change (I believe), same for going from 6 lines to 7 lines (I believe). It usually does not affect from 7 lines up to 12 which is usually the max # of lines one can have on an account. You can have up to 15 lines per SSN split into 2 accounts.
I don't have anyone that uses T-Mobile unfortunately. AT&T doesn't allow for upgrade. It's either add a line or create a new account.

That said, make SURE they ring up the "Unlocked" version of the phone. I think their promo page stated that it has to be "Unlocked" phone for the promo.

Could you please explain what is Tmobile upgrade and what are the pros and cons on the main t-mobile account?

Upgrading means you will add this phone to the phone number you already have. So when you check out, choose upgrade and enter the phone number that will use this phone. Then it will ask for your T-MOBILE info to verify your account.
