Activated cell phones are limited to a 14-day return window (regardless of Elite status) and do not qualify for extended holiday returns. Opened items are also subject to a flat $45 restocking fee, unless you're a Totaltech member.
You can theoretically exchange the free Galaxy Buds until Jan 16 (or later, if you're Elite).

1- the phone is too narrow when it's folded so you have to unfold it for better experience.
2- as a someone who uses social media apps it's not easy to pull out your phone and take snapchat or instagram pic right a way.
3- almost all cases with Spen are bulk and huge so I ended up leaving the SPen which is really not good.
4- watching youtube videos not great because of the Screen ratio. Basically it's even smaller than regular phones.
5- battery is really bad, Will die before the end of the day.
6- some apps look bad even if you adjust resolution and the screen ratio, for example Facebook app looks really ugly.
With all that being said I still recommend this phone if you don't mind those issues this ua really a good price.

Now if you have "Best Buy" Credit options that would work also.
did t-mobile begin charging me as soon as I purchased the device? meaning maybe 2 days of service already, despite me not having the phone at all?

Upgrading the phone means getting rid of your current phone and buying the phone that you see on the best buy Page in front of you at the price they have listed which is probably 1099.99 for you with the 800 discount. Do not need to trade anything in for the price.
No one else is going to help you with the transaction, not T-Mobile, you just are upgrading and paying in full. Best buy will attempt to verify your T-Mobile account first in order for you to upgrade. Since their system is garbage you may have to try this a few times.
Not trolling. Looks like I am eligible. Just want to make sure if I upgrade, I am not upgrading any plan or line or any changes to the account.
So looks like its just like buying a phone if you are a eligible t-mobile customer.
It was a STEAL to get free iPhone12 Pro on postpaid TMobile in May, and upgrade it for $100 to unlocked iPhone 13Pro via the Best Buy promo last months. I've got several. Switched from five generations of the top Samsung Galaxies, because the deal was a steal
This folding phone may be considered novelty, in my view it seems a waste.

I went to bestbuy store and with upgrade option higher trade in values are not coming up in the system. Do they need manager override or does it work for new lines only?
